Managing European research projects – Best
practices from NM2 for FP7 projects

This seminar was part of the training activities of EU research project NM2 – New Media for the New Millennium. The goal was to provide practical knowledge for setting up project consortia, defining a research strategy, and writing successful project proposals in the forthcoming EU Framework Programme 7.
The focus of the seminar was on the IST Research Theme, but most of the seminar contents is applicable to other thematic areas of FP7 as well.
The content of the seminar is based on the experiences gained in the preparation and implementation of IST research project NM2 (New Media for the New Millennium), which is an Integrated Project in Framework Programme 6.
